By creating an account or using BabyMemory AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of BabyMemory AI, available at babymemory.in and through our mobile applications.
BabyMemory AI is a baby tracking and AI assistant application for parents. It allows you to log your baby's feeds, sleep, diapers, health events, milestones, and vaccination records. The AI assistant ("BabyBrain") uses this logged data to answer questions about your specific baby.
BabyMemory AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The AI responses are informational only, based on your logged data, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your baby's health.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. BabyMemory AI is intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. By signing up, you represent that you are an adult and that the baby data you enter is for a child under your care.

BabyMemory AI offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Your baby's data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. For full details on how we collect, store, and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing hello@babymemory.in.
BabyMemory AI and all its content, features, and design (excluding your personal data) are owned by BabyMemory AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
The data you log (your baby's information) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your personal data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI responses will be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BabyMemory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
The AI assistant is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Never delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read in the app.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
