Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's exactly how to request deletion of your account and all associated data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to hello@babymemory.in with the subject line: "Delete my account"
  2. Include the email address associated with your BabyMemory account so we can identify it.
  3. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

We do not retain any personal data after deletion. No backups of your data are kept beyond our standard 7-day database backup window, after which all copies are gone.
